Thompson and Morgan had a requirement for a system that could manage their vast amount of media, this media may take the form of many different files.

- PDF (Portable Document Format file)
- PNG (Portable Network Graphics file)
- PSD (PhotoShop Document file)
Search Screen
The system allow users to assign values to various data items associated with each file, for example, which brands it is associated with, which department uses it, as well as its common name, seed code and information on usage rights.
Media items can also be assigned to personal light boxes, these light boxes allow a user to quickly provide a zip file for placed in a user selectable folder for client to retrieve via FTP.

The system provides a sophisticated search system allowing users to search within various data items, as well as being able to apply restrictions, such as brand, file-type, department.
The system also provide some quick search options for media items added in the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, media marked for review, or media that is contained within a lightbox.
Search results are displayed with extended information being available upon hover.

The system also embeds pertinent IPTC data in images as they are downloaded, ensuring this information is always the most up to date.
The system provides for downloaded of image files in a number of stock sizes (resized by the system), the user may also type in a longest side and the system will resize to that figure whilst maintaining the aspect ratio of the image.
The images are watermarked dependent on their size.
